I kindly ask you to reschedule any sessions within the 24-hour rescheduling and cancellation window. After the 24-hour cancellation window, your session is subject to a full-service fee cancellation charge, as stated in our booking terms and conditions.

Please keep in mind that all appointment inquiries an/or changes are submitted as a request only and are not guaranteed until confirmed. Once your request for a specific date/time is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and calendar invite.
